As Muraga Technical Training Institute we believe in building an environment where students not only excel academically but also grow as persons and professionals. At the center of this dream is our Dean of Students, who is dedicated to student welfare and growth to ensure that each student has a fulfilling and enriching experience at Muraga TTI.
Dean of Students plays an important role as a guide and support to the students throughout their learning process. Their responsibility encompasses coordinating student activities such as guidance, accommodation, and extracurricular events, creating a comprehensive learning climate that is suited to the learning, social life, and mental well-being of the students. The Dean remains always willing and available to listen to the students, counsel, and help them, so they can provide the best for all students to survive.
In addition to providing individual support to students, the Dean of Students has the responsibility of encouraging good discipline and behavior in the institution. They create an environment of responsibility, respect, and professionalism not only in the classroom but also outside the classroom. Through events, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, the Dean encourages students to gain good skills that will serve them beyond the classroom.
The Dean of Students also plays a role in bridging the gap between administration and students so that students’ voices are heard and their needs met. They provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where all students feel valued and supported to realize his or her full potential.
